1. Purpose and scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern sales concluded on the website mandorastudio.lu between [TO BE COMPLETED — company name, RCS, address] (hereinafter “Mandora Studio”) and any natural person acting as a consumer (hereinafter “the Customer”). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Products
The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding; slight colour differences may occur. Offers are valid while stocks last.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (Luxembourg VAT applicable on the day of the order), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Mandora Studio reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price charged is the one in force when the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
The Customer selects her items, enters her details, chooses the delivery and payment method, then confirms her order after reading these T&Cs. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to her. Mandora Studio reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, via a secure payment provider ([TO BE COMPLETED — Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal]). Mandora Studio never has access to the Customer's card details. The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped from Luxembourg to Luxembourg, Belgium, France and Germany. Preparation time: 24 to 48 working hours. Indicative timeframes and rates: see the Delivery & returns page. Standard delivery is free on orders from €80. In the event of a significant delay, the Customer may contact customer service.
The Customer is asked to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and to report any problem to the carrier and to Mandora Studio as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Luxembourg Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise her right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. She notifies her decision by email to [TO BE COMPLETED — email address] or by using the withdrawal form below.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and with their tags, within 14 days of notification. Return costs: [TO BE COMPLETED — paid by the Customer / free]. Mandora Studio refunds all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the standard method), no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal decision, and may defer the refund until the products have been received.
Exception: for hygiene reasons, earrings that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

8. Legal guarantees
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.212-1 et seq. of the Luxembourg Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). The guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery.

10. Complaints and mediation

11. Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by Luxembourg law, without prejudice to the more protective mandatory provisions of the consumer Customer's country of residence.
