Free standard delivery on orders from €80. Orders are prepared within 24–48 working hours. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.
- For hygiene reasons, jewellery (earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged once unsealed.

How do I return an item?
- Write to us via the Contact page, giving your order number and the items concerned.
- We'll send you the instructions and the return address.
- Your refund is issued within 14 days at most of receipt, to the original payment method.

A size doesn't suit you? We're happy to exchange it, subject to stock availability. Get in touch and we'll take care of the rest.
